How it started

Three generations of goldsmiths. One address in T. Nagar.

Priya Gold Jewellers opened on South Usman Road in 2014, but the family has been working gold since 1978. Grandfather started as a karigar in Sowcarpet. Father moved to retail in Mylapore. And now we run a 1,200 sq ft showroom with 6 karigars working on-site — you can watch your necklace being made.

We don't outsource. Every piece is shaped, polished, and hallmarked in our workshop upstairs. You'll never wonder where your gold came from.
